Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Hop & Huddle, you’ll assume a pivotal role in guiding our team to deliver unparalleled service to our guests. Renowned for our diverse beer selection, delectable smoked cuisine, and indulgent milkshakes, we are seeking individuals who share a passion for these culinary delights and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that visitors and guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
  • Providing leadership to your team, setting an example by delivering efficient service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of and serving as an ambassador for ALL Loyalty programs.
  • Upholding the highest standards of safety and food hygiene (ALLSafe), and motivating and guiding your team to do the same.
  • Recruiting, training, and integrating new members into the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture that embodies the HEARTIST way and prioritizes guest and team member satisfaction.
  • Cultivating a motivated and contented team of proficient food & beverage professionals.
  • Collaborating with our Venue Manager on initiatives to enhance our service offerings and product quality.

Qualifications

  • Customer-centric focus with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Aptitude for navigating change and devising swift solutions to challenges as they arise.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed and maintain open communication with kitchen and front office teams.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • A fervent enthusiasm for the culinary arts, coupled with industry knowledge and awareness of current trends.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
