About the Team

The FIS Sales Team focuses on delivering impactful Climate Risk and broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) solutions to the market, particularly in Capital Markets. We offer a comprehensive range of solutions to our clients, with a primary focus on growth within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

As part of the Capital Markets Amplify team, you will leverage your expertise in climate risk and sales to support our growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Positioning and selling solutions/services to insurance and corporate institutions.
  • Developing and nurturing new account relationships.
  • Maintaining a network of prospects and initiating contact to promote FIS products/services.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of climate risk, business challenges, and competitive intelligence.
  • Building and maintaining a new revenue pipeline.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Assisting in the development of sales tactics and strategies.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quota goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Participating in industry panels to share expertise.

Requirements

  • Expertise in climate risk.
  • Familiarity with ESG solutions technology and regulatory practices.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Understanding of FIS and competitive products/services.
  • Experience using professional social media tools for prospecting.
  • Proficiency in sales life cycle management, especially in a remote environment.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
