Position Overview

As a Technical Program Manager at, you will collaborate with our product development teams and partners to ensure seamless alignment between business expectations and technical feasibility. Your core responsibilities encompass scoping projects,

crafting delivery plans, mitigating change and risk, and monitoring progress against key success metrics. This role demands strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure synergy between business operations, product development, and leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Bottleneck Resolution:
  • Identify and address delivery bottlenecks, providing effective escalation management when necessary.
  • Balancing Act:
  • Balance customer and business needs against technical constraints, using data-driven insights.
  • Clarity in Requirements:
  • Reduce ambiguity by establishing clear requirements and system designs.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Establish self-perpetuating mechanisms to address recurring issues and challenges.
  • Planning Support:
  • Support annual and quarterly planning processes.
  • Transparency:
  • Ensure program transparency through proactive reporting.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.


  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in delivering complex technical programs.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
  • Agile Expertise: Experience with Agile methodologies, and certification is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent related experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve ambiguity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
